Estimated Delivery: 3-5 days

Standard stock product only.

Non stock items may incur a lead time.

Important Note:

We aim to deliver each stock product within 3-5 days providing stock and delivery locations. Delivery date will be confirmed via an email or phone call once the order has been received and processed.
Delivery issues regarding lead times may happen however, we will contact you to discuss options available. Timescales are based on standard working days only (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays.

Delivery method:

Delivery of our products are made direct from our supplier.

Collections can also be made from our office: 96 Welsh Road, Garden City, CH5 2HX

Delivery charges:

Standard Delivery Charges (These are confirmed once a product is added to the basket): £30.00 (ex VAT) (UK Mainland)

Certain specialist products can incur a manufacturers delivery charge.

Free standard delivery on a spend over - £300.00 + VAT

Dedicated/Express delivery available – costs vary – please call for details

Returns

Some products, such as those which are bespoke, made to order, are non-returnable. To check if a product you wish to purchase falls into this category, please contact us.

We offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, re-stocking charge of 25% of total invoice order. All returns are to be returned back to the below address to be processed accordingly. Delivery of returned items are at the cost of the customer.
